注解:

按照5.5折的基础测算方式,最后公司剩余3.2折,留下了2%做活动基金!等于一名店长里挪出600元的活动基金。

 

注意:

1、请公司测算,3折出货,公司的利润空间有多少,正常成本应该控制在1折内。也就是缴费3万元的店长,最高峰提成6900元,剩余回款23100元。

2、23100元应该剩余毛利润应该在15400元。

3、利润15400元,拿出5400元做月度活动,如5月加入的每一位店长,免费参加泰国5日游。

4、店长进入公司保持毛利润1万元人民币。

 

 

 

三、活动奖励机制:
